This brief provides an overview of the ENRICH project and the nutrition situation in Bangladesh, specifically in Thakurgaon district where the project was implemented. It describes the multifaceted interventions implemented from the health facility to community levels in the areas of nutrition service delivery, health information management, supply and management of commodities, early results, and lessons learned.
